Calculation of Claim / Dividend Process:
How has my claim been calculated?
Your claim has been calculated from company records. The original
amount calculated has been increased by 10% to allow for a margin
of error in the company's records.
I do not agree with the claim
that has been calculated as owing to me?
If you do not agree with the claim that has been calculated
you should return the response form detailing what you believe your
claim to be and how you have calculated it. Please note that any
increase to your claim unless substantial, will result only in a
minimal increase to your dividend. Eg: a £50 increase in your
claim will equate to an increase of approximately £1. Any
such claims must be received within 28 days of the date of the accompanying
letter if they are to be considered.
Why am I not receiving my money
back in full?
The company is in liquidation and unable to pay its debts
in full. Therefore the liquidators must distribute what funds the
company has to all creditors equally. All creditors will receive
a percentage of their claim, which at present is estimated to be
in the region of 1% to 2% (equivalent to 1 to 2 pence for every
£ claimed).
When can I expect a dividend
to be paid?
Payment of a dividend will not be for some time, potentially
not for two years.
Why will it take so long to pay
a dividend?
All assets of the company need to be sold before claims
can be paid. Investigations are currently being conducted with respect
to the company's affairs prior to liquidation. These investigations
may potentially lead to increased asset realisations. These investigations
need to be completed before calculation of a dividend.
I have already received a refund?
If you have received a refund from another source, you
are no longer a creditor of the Company and are not entitled to
any further monies. Please return the reply paid envelope indicating
who paid you the refund and we will remove you from the mailing
list.

Does my dividend have to be paid
to charity?
No. The dividend is yours and will be sent to you unless
you direct us to pay it to charity instead. We are providing the
option to donate your dividend to charity due to the low dividend
amount which is expected to be paid and the high costs involved
in distributing such a small dividend to a large amount of subscribers.
I do not want my claim to be
paid to charity.
If you do not wish to have your dividend paid to charity,
you do not need to return the response form unless your address
details have changed or are going to change. A dividend will be
paid to you in due course, but you should be aware that this could
be another two years from now.
I would like to donate my dividend to charity, but not
to the charities listed, or not all of the charities listed?
Should you not want your dividend distributed to the charities listed,
the dividend will be paid to you and you can then deal with it as
you wish, including distributing it to another charity.
What is Gift Aid?
If you are a UK taxpayer and choose to donate your dividend
to charity, the tax can be claimed back by the charity if you tick
the Gift Aid box. This in effect increases the value of the donation
by approximately 28 per cent. If you are a higher rate tax payer
you should also consider including this on your tax return, as you
may be able to claim some more tax relief If you require further
details you should consult an independent professional adviser.
Change of Address:
I have changed my address?
Any changes of address should be recorded on the response
form and returned in the reply paid envelope, so that your records
can be updated.

direct credit to your bank account and are unsure whether the company
had your account details, please complete your bank account details
on the response form.
I have changed my name (marriage/deed
poll).
If you are returning the response form, please enclose
with it a letter advising your new name and evidence of the name

remain as they are and a dividend will be paid to you in due course.
At present this is estimated to be at least 2 years away.

of address, bank details, charity donation and gift aid.
